At the age of I believe 10, I went to India for Holi, and my cousins, aka the smartasses who tricked the poor defenseless American born confused desi, had mixed paka rang in water and I'm pretty sure I was stupid and high at the time cus they took the wet rang and told me to rub it on my face and I did... :wow: 'Til this day I will never know why I did it.. But I did it. And my cheeks turned a purplish blue color and I was America bound 2-3 day after and my bibi (dad's grams) yelled at me whilst I was crying cus it wouldn't come off:
Me: Bibi merian gallan neelian ho gayian :cry:
Bibi: Ki kitha tu, ah ki? Ja saron da tel mal gallan te judo takk nai lath da. Puthe kam sujh de ajj de neyaneya nu, akal vand aayi si?
Me: :cry: okay
The color did come off after a half hour of rubbing my face with oil..
Moral: Never believe what people tell you. Never do what they tell you unless you're positive it's for your benefit. AND your bibi will yell at you regardless of if its your fault or not. Make smart decisions..
