dont know abt mustard oil...
but coconut oil works for dry skin ...for sure
like if u are looking for home remedy apart from cosmetic products... then go for coconut oil..
just few drops...and massage it into skin... Preferably in the night to avoid any settling of dust particles on the skin.

and there is one more..mixture of glycerin and rose water..it is also good for dry skin... as glycerin has the property of holding moisture..so it works for dry skin

and on top of this....  the students are forced to wear radio collars around their ankles so that the authorities could keep track of their movements. Since the collars, fitted with GPS technology, are used to follow suspects and criminals on  prole..
