:loll: hot oil is dangerous. I haven't made pakodde since then. Even now, jado sabji nu tadka laayi da, I'm super careful.

I did, it's starting to get better...it's so freakishly red! :lol: this is nothing, once I was home and making pakode. I was waiting for the oil to heat up and somehow a drop of water fell into the oil pot and it started splattering. One hot oil splatter hit the corner of my eye (near the nasal area). That was such a close call.

I had some on a plate, when i went to wash it, I turned the faucet up too much so when the water hit it, ended up going into my eye...

I just had some real hot sauce splash in my eye man oh man, did that sting...still burning...my eye is blood shot red!!
