it's just worse when you have people connected to it, when people are distant from it, I guess it's not that bad for them...I can remember every detail of that day, how I felt, how others around me felt...still shakes me! I just left one of my friends crying to sleep as her parents died from that mess and only I can feel at this time, how it feels when you feel so helpless.
