im joining the NAVYYYYYYYYYY  raj told me to ask u for some tips since u already went thru trainin n all, so how is it ?

The kind of reply I expected from you. Yes, training days are such! It actually makes you strong enough to get over the hurdles in your career ahead. Oh I just googled your rank, it said Electronic technician? You are going to have a good life eh. The electricians aboard enjoy the most. Just your routine work and then knock off.

Bro, getting enrolled is one first small step.  The ultimate success comes from hard work - exceeding the expectation at all times and Grace of God. It is imperative that you be assiduous in your work from day one. Also be in good books of the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer. (Top ranks in Engine department).

I am into Deck side; currently hold a Second Mate's licence; 've been sailing as a Second Officer (Ain't sure what it's called in American navy, I have 2 vertical stripes and a diamond on ma epaullets, if you can figure out). Got to do mostly with navigation part like plan passages and then in charge of Bridge equipments, Hospital and all. Yeah that's the best part in our career - we get to roam a lot! Trust that you will have lots of fun and make speedy money. Welcome to kingdom of King Neptune, landlubber.

Do let me know if I can be of any assistance.

All the best. Take care. :)

Just in case you don't get a chance to check this, wish you fair winds and calm seas! Bon voyage! :)

Blow me down! Did you? really? I am into similar forces bro!! How did your training go? Must have been back-breaking eh? That reminded me of ma training days damn! You did your cadetship for deck or Engine department? Are you getting a ship doing convoys in the Gulf of Aden area? Cos I know a number of American naval ships do escort in that area. Do American naval ships have internet? If not, share your number, I shall call. :)  We'll have a lot to talk! So excited bro!

Oh we left Egypt, just arrived Gibraltar.
