I think it's okay to a certain point. Maybe a word here and there. They were used so often before because it was easier to type on the phone, but now with the new phones there shouldn't be an excuse to type like that.
I do get lazy sometimes and write words like tomorrow as tomm. or talk to you later as ttyl. But its not as bad =/

I've had 2 lady bosses before and like I said they wanted everything done on time with 100% perfection. I have a guy boss now and I can get away with a lot. As long as the job is done with decent quality everything is fine. But I think there's horrible strict bosses in both genders.
