In my opinion.. To stop registration is not gud idea..u can't infiltrate into independence of future  sober users like this.. Secondly, to make registeration through Admin/mod could ne gud idea but if this same guy will try to come with different id and different IP how u gonna recognize him..So if admin/mod will approve him then in turn that poor administrator will be blamed..

So I have few suggestions..just randon thoughts i dont know..how gud these r..
1. this guy really need some serious counselling..I think Grenade Singh or Another Best option is Laddo can do it..
Now the problem is if he will do these kind of stuff in future too then what to do??
 I think we can use some general solutions like
- Main problem was due to nude pictures so I think.. there shud be option that Whenever any user upload any picture then it should first go for approval from Admin/mod and then it shud be uploaded.
-Secondly, if somebody write bad words or swear in posts then As Gurpinder has suggested that there shud be some code for these words and these words shud not appear as text..
As Gurpinder has suggested this..So ohdi duty laga devo ke oh ihna words di list banave teh Admin nu submit kare :happy:
- Lastly, We can use some desi/local way to handle this situation..
see PJ is our family and every member has responsibility to protect its reputation. Admin cant be available all the time here to ban or see whats happening on the site..So few members ahud be given power to ban and they can use this power inc case of emergency.. and this responsibility shud be divided among those specific members around the clock.
and Members shud give their name for this responsibility voluntarily...

I've thought a fair amount about this. We will continue with adding more members to our team and giving more powers; it is really needed. To safeguard PJ is our responsibility (like Kudrat said).

The thing is I've given Ravi Gill way too many chances before. He already thinks whatever happens he can muscle through it, with the support of his friends (who see only good in him), who think there is no way to stop him, thus further inflating his ego. PJ must have banned/unbanned this person about 10+ times, and each time somebody is hurt. Several members have left PJ because of him. I still never understand how people can live with him. I can't always let stuff slide. Enough is enough. I can't let it go this time.
