No I'm thinking from a business point of view
If I was a owner of Mcdonald
I would have target whole market and get as much market share I can.
When you are business mind you don't care much about feelings you only need to care about profits
Every Single penny makes a difference
But it depends sometimes you have to do stuff just built your brand reputition and also to take over your competitors.
Most of the times fast food resturants fight over market share and they don't want their competitors to take thier market share

Click on spoiler to see: Today while i was taking shower and this innovative idea came into my mind...that there should be a Indian website that should target newly married couples....so i came up with this idea and i'm looking for suggestion and people who wants to be my partners. And you never know it might get successful like website Flickr's /shaadi.com
So the main purpose of website to help newly wed couple or the couple who getting married soon
website will have following specialties that will make it different from other competitive websites :
- People can upload their wedding picture/party pictures and it will be protected with password and they can share these pictures with their friends but they hav to give them password for it. And also when someone will login , website will keep track of ip and once someone login from different ip it will ask for their name so couples will know who have access to their wedding pictures.
- And also there should be ideas to couple who are planning to get married like photo-shoot ideas, dress ideas and other ideas related to wedding
- second there will be information stuff like family planning, e.t.c and website will have forum for couples to discuss their problems..for this they don't have to register or tell about themselves cuz of privacy.
website revenue source in future will be: advertising (Google advertise and advertises from banquet halls, photo studios, limousine rentals and so on.) and we will target Canadian consumers in beginning
so what you guyz think???
i am looking for website designer and i will outsource from india and also looking for partners.
