your idea is great but we need a middleman who is not biased and he is fair and knows the rules and have a clear visibility for future incidents and same time heéshe should have a experience from past.

Pj te everyday its same drama...same story...who banned who and why??
PJ admins make biased decision..they always support their team and their is no fairness in system....and pj needs to change it.
Power de nashe vich...kujh Sub-admins and Mods as dictator act karde ne and apne decision nu sahi dassde ne and faisla always apne hakk ch sanounde ne and we (Normal powerless PJ users) need to change that. PJ is a public site and we are the one who runs the show here not the admins/sub-admins.
ok mere idea hai k we should take away BAN POWER from sub-admins/ admin / Mods
Normal PJ Users should nominate 2-3 people who don't have any power and they are unbiased, fair people and they should have a right to decide whether the Ban was justified or not??
Admins/ Sub-admins/ Mods can ban people but these nominated people will decide whether the ban was right or not after listening the story of both sides and normal users can appoint new members anytime and take them down anytime.
and lastly Admins/Sub-admins/ mods kol ta already ehna kam hunda and they waste their precious time in replying to topics ..in this way they can put their time in other stuff which will help in the betterment of pj.
