Hi people,

I was born in a muslim family and stopped giving 10 shits in my teenage years about following the religion. Now 21 I am in a med school and all my friends are Sikh. I got into a relationship with a  punjabi girl and learnt more about Sikhism.. having born into a jhatt family myself i am already punjabified and ive been to paath at school.

I talked to the girl she said there is no official converting just believing in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and associating myself with the Gurdwara. I am not going to tell my family until I am done med school but ive decided to leave islam completely and follow Sikhi's way of life.
