The Police's Initial Account:
1) 'Rumors' were spread amongst the community of A Sikh girl being raped in Leicester by a group of muslim youth
2) Police dismissed this as just a 'rumor'
3) Community leaders were then requested by the police to help them ease tensions in the community after a group of 40 Singhs turned up to a restaurant, trashed the restaurant beyond recognition.
The Facts:
1) A girl of 16 year olds was sexually assaulted
2) The assault took place on top of the restaurant where it has been said white and Sikh women were targeted.
3) 40 Singhs made their voices known by destroying the restaurant so that this could never happen their again and that the community would be aware of what occurred.
4) As news spread, police admit that a girl was sexually assaulted and it resulted in Five men and a youth arrested in Leicester over sex assault of 16-year-old girl (aged 20, 22 25, 27 and 39, and a 15-year-old boy)
5) The group 'Shere Punjab' behind exposing this crime released a statement: "Sikhs don't go on a rampage looking for trouble. They knew where their targets were and then acted upon."

Even as protests are raging in the capital over the gang-rape of a 23-year-old medical student, another gang-rape comes to light. A 42-year-old woman from Jaipur was gang-raped by three men and dumped in South Delhi on Wednesday night. Of the three accused, one- Dilip Verma- was arrested in Agra while the police are on the lookout for the other two. The victim said she had gone to Vrindavan on December 22 and met Verma there. He accompanied her in the car back home. On the way two of his friends joined them. She was then sedated and raped by all three somewhere between Vrindavan and Delhi and then dumped her in Delhi's Kalkaji area. "She told us that she was gagged, sedated and raped by the trio. They took turns to rape her. A medical examination has confirmed rape," a senior police official said. A case of gang-rape under section 376(G) has been registered against the trio The victim is conscious and undergoing treatment at AIMMS. A couple made a deal the night of their Marriage to NOT open the door of their room to anybody who comes knocking in the morning for any reason!
In the morning the parents of the husband came & knocked on the door, the husband & the wife were looking at each other & as they agreed before, they didn't open the door.
After a while the parents of the bride came knocking at the
door to check on them, the couple were looking at each other, then the bride dropped a tear & started crying she said: "I cannot keep them knocking & not open the door, I miss them already"
The husband didn't say anything & he let her open the door for her parents.

A speeding driver who killed a father-of-three while driving at almost 155mph to win back his girlfriend has been jailed for seven years.
Shehzad Munir, 25, was showing off when he cut across three lanes and smashed his 4.5 litre BMW 6 series into Sukhpreet ‘Suki’ Singh Chimber’s car – sending it hurling more than 600ft up the carriageway.
The incident is believed to be one of the most high-speed fatal accidents ever dealt with on Britain’s roads.
Mr Chimber, 30, a bus driver, was driving home to his family after work when Munir’s £24,000 sports car careered into his vehicle, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard.
A father to three daughters aged six, five and 20 months, he was expecting a son with his wife of eight years, Sonia, at the time of the smash on September 9, 2010.
He suffered multiple injuries and died at the scene, on the A1306 Wennington Interchange between Rainham and Purfleet, Essex.
In a joint victim impact statement, Mr Chimber’s grief-stricken family said: ‘On September 9, 2010, our lives were shattered.
‘A mother’s heart was broken; a wife’s world was ended. Three children have been left fatherless and three siblings left devastated.
‘He doted on his princesses and was excited beyond belief about the birth of his son.
‘We simply cannot find the words to explain the amount of grief and pain we are still feeling and continue to feel.’
Munir, from Plaistow, east London, was convicted of causing death by dangerous driving after a trial.
He was previously convicted for driving without due care and attention in 2005, for which he was fined £290 and received four points.
He was also jailed for two years for wounding with intent in 2008.
