So, you think that things are always going to happen as planned? Any opinions? Thoughts?

This works for many other things. Such as genetic traits. You have many siblings with black eyes and the 5th one for some mysterious reason gets green eyes.

At the grocery store you are browsing the produce section and come upon the perfect bundle of bananas. You take the bananas home and eat the first one and its delicious, second one is superb, but when you reach the 3rd one, it turns out to be bruised and unripe. But the banana looked the same on the outside.

Uncertainty also plagues the fruits.

Knowledge / Randomness.

What if "everything" was random and nothing certain? Nothing always happens, and is always subject to randomness and uncertainty.

Explain... sure... I'll try.

Sometimes we tend to consider things to be absolute or guaranteed to happen, but when in fact things are just really "likely" to happen. Lets define intuition as a database of events or experiences and are able to recall and reference whenever a decision needs to be made.

Example 1:
Whenever I drive to work, I know that its going to only take me 30 minutes to get from driveway to desk, so the race is on. I run trial after trial, and come to believe that without a doubt I will make it to work, on time everyday at 8:00am if i leave at 7:30am. One day my friend Randomness decides to play a little prank and delivers me a snowstorm over night and throws the whole time calculation out of wack. Tomorrow..... I'm going to wake up 15mins early.

My solution is cheap, you might look like a complete dork setting up in class though. I'm sure you know how to open it up and change a fan. :P Youtube has pretty good video tutorials.

Could be some random program running in the backround... Try a spyware and antivirus scan. Or save all your precious files and give it a format.

On my old laptop I bought one of those dollar store fans and pointed it at the opening on the side. Hopefully that solves your problem until you buy another one.
