Ardas wich sariye he Guru's da naam leya janda aa. From the first guru to the present guru. So definately it is not composed by Guru Gobind singh ji.
And in the last part of the ardas it goes - "Nankanna sahib teh hor gurthava, jenna ton panth nu vichroia geya hai." So i guess part of the ardas is also composed after Indian Independence.
So who really composed it and who is responsible for making the changes to ardas?
Ardas wich sariye he guruiya de naam shamil ne. Phele Guru ton leh ke jeounde jagde jot - Guru Granth Sabh tak. es karke eh gal teh paki hai ke ardas Guru Gobind singh ji ne nai ucharan kete
Ardas teh akhre baag wich jethe ke ardas hunde hai - "Nankanna sahib teh hor gurthava, jenna ton panth nu vichroia geya hai." So eve lagda hai ke ardas de kuch ang bharat ajaad hon ton badh bane geye ne.
Kirpa karke eh gal wadna de kirpalta karoo ke - Ardas kado teh kesse ne ucharan kette hai?

Preview of Final Results
Step 1 – Sketch the tree
I have a lot of sketches. Here, I decided to use the tree that was a part of an older sketch. You may sketch a tree of your own and scan it into the computer or use the sketch below.
Step 2 – Create a new image
Create a new image (Ctrl+N or File > New) with the settings shown below.
* Width: 640px
* Height: 948px
* Resolution: 72
Step 3 – Create layers
Name your sketch layer “sketch” or any other name you desire. Create another layer for the animal you wish to add to the drawing and name it “squirrel_sketch” or whichever animal you are drawing. Select the “squirrel_sketch” layer and sketch a squirrel.
Step 4 – Choose a colour palette
For this painting, I chose an earthy palette. You may load these colours into the Swatches palette in Photoshop or choose your own colours.
Step 5 – Choose a brush
Select the Brush Tool and then right click on the canvas.
When the Brush Setting window appears, set your brush to the settings below.
* Master Diameter: 19px
* Hardness: 100%
Now add more settings by opening the Brush Presets (F5 or Window > Brushes)
This will open a new window with extra options on the left.
From the left panel, check “Other Dynamics”
Make sure both controls are set to “Pen Pressure.”
Set Opacity Jitter to 6% and Flow Jitter to 5%.
Test your brush to see how well you can control it.

Ten Sikh Gurus
"The Palace of the Lord God is so beautiful. Within it, there are gems, rubies, pearls and flawless diamonds. A fortress of gold surrounds this Source of Nectar. How can I climb up to the Fortress without a ladder? By meditating on the Lord, through the Guru,
I am blessed and exalted. The Guru is the Ladder, the Guru is the Boat, and the Guru is the Raft to take me to the Lord's Name. The Guru is the Boat to carry me across the world-ocean; the Guru is the Sacred Shrine of Pilgrimage, the Guru is the Holy River. If it pleases Him, I bathe in the Pool of Truth, and become radiant and pure." (Guru Nanak, Sri Rag, pg. 17)
The word 'Guru' in Sanskrit means teacher, honoured person, religious person or saint. Sikhism though has a very specific definition of the word 'Guru'. It means the descent of divine guidance to mankind provided through ten Enlightened Masters. This honour of being called a Sikh Guru applies only to the ten Gurus who founded the religion starting with Guru Nanak in 1469 and ending with Guru Gobind Singh in 1708; thereafter it refers to the Sikh Holy Scriptures the Guru Granth Sahib. The divine spirit was passed from one Guru to the next as "The light of a lamp which lights another does not abate. Similarly a spiritual leader and his disciple become equal, Nanak says the truth."
First Guru :Shri Guru Nanak Sahib Ji
Guru Nanak Sahib (the First Nanak, the founder of Sikhism) was born on 15th April, 1469 at Rai-Bhoi-di Talwandi in the present distrect of Shekhupura (Pakistan), now Nanakana Sahib.
Second Guru : Shri Guru Angad Sahib Ji
Guru Angad Sahib, (Bhai Lahna ji) was born in the village named Harike in Ferozepur district in Punjab, on Vaisakh Vadi 1st , (5th Vaisakh) Samvat 1561, (March 31, 1504).
Third Guru : Shri Guru Amardas Sahib Ji
Guru Amardas Sahib, the Third Nanak was born at village Basarke Gillan in Amritsar district on Vaisakh Sudi 14th, (8th Jeth), Samvat 1536 (5th May 1479).
Fourth Guru : Shri Guru Ramdass Sahib Ji
Guru Ramdas Sahib (Jetha ji) was born at Chuna Mandi, Lahore (in Pakistan), on Kartik Vadi 2nd, (25th Assu) Samvat 1591 (September 24, 1534).
Fifth Guru : Shri Guru Arjan Sahib Ji
Guru Arjan Sahib, the youngest son of Guru Ramdas Sahib and Mata Bhani Ji was born at Goindwal Sahib on Vaisakh Vadi 7th, (19th Vaisakh) Samvat 1620 (April 15,1563).
Sixth Guru : Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji
Guru Hargobind Sahib was born at village Guru Ki Wadali (district Amritsar) on Harh Vadi 7th (21 Harh), Samvat 1652 (19th June, 1595).
Seventh Guru : Shri Guru Har Rai Sahib Ji
Guru Hargobind Sahib, before his departure for heavenly abode, nominated his grand son, Har Rai Ji at the tender age of 14, as his successor (Seventh Nanak), on 3rd March, 1644.
Eight Guru : Shri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji
Guru Harkrishan Sahib was born on Sawan Vadi 10, (8 Sawan), Bikrami Samvat 1713, (July 7, 1656) at Kiratpur Sahib.
Ninth Guru : Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji
Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was born on Vaisakh Vadi 5, (5 Vaisakh), Bikrami Samvat 1678, (1st April, 1621) in the holy city of Amritsar in a house known as Guru ke Mahal.
Tenth Guru : Shri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji
The tenth and the last Guru or Prophet-teacher of the Sikh faith, was born Gobind Rai Sodhi on Poh Sudi 7th, 23rd Poh 1723 Bikrami Samvat (22 December 1666) at Patna, in Bihar.
'Takht', literally means a throne or seat of authority is a result of historical growth of Sikhism. There are five Takhats. The Five Takhts are the five gurudwaras and these have a very special significance for the Sikh community. Takht means a throne. They are considered the seats of Sikh religious authority. The important decisions concerning the religious and social life of the Sikh community have been taken here.
Sri Akal Takhat Sahib, Amritsar
Takht Sri Damdama Sahib, Talwandi Sabo
Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, Anadpur Sahib
Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib, Nadadh
Takht Sri Patna Sahib, Patna
Punj Pyare: The 5 beloved ones
PANJ PYARE (literally the five beloved ones), name given to the five Sikhs :
Bhai Daya Singh Ji
Bhai Dharam Singh Ji
Bhai Himmat Singh Ji
Bhai Mukham Singh Ji
Bhai Sahib Singh Ji
What Are the Five K's?
Sometimes called simply the 5 K's. An Amritdhari, or initiated Sikh is required to wear all of the 5 K's during the Sikh baptism, or initiation ceremony of Amrit, and there after. The articles are to be kept on or with the person at all times.
Because the name of each one of the five articles begins with the letter (or sound of) K, they are commonly called the five K's or kakar(s). The kakar each have a practical function.
1. Kachhera, Undergarment
Kachhera is a loose undergarment worn by Sikhs. Historically, Sikhs are warriors. The kachhera is designed for ease of movement while maintaining modesty, whether sitting cross-legged for worship, or engaging in martial arts allowing for agility in battle or horseback.
Kanga, Wooden Comb
The Kanga is a wooden comb. It comes in a variety of sizes. Some have short fine teeth and others long wide teeth. Sikhs do not cut their hair. In the days before shampoo, Sikhs cleansed their hair using water and oil. The traditional practice of using oil to continues in modern times and helps prevent snarling of the tresses and nourishes the scalp. A large kanga removes tangles easily. A small fine toothed kanga is useful for cleaning and maintaining healthy hair free of dandruff and parasites. Sikhs comb their hair in the morning before tying a turban, and generally at the end of the day, before sleeping.
3. Kara, Bangle
A kara is an iron or steel ring worn on the wrist of the right arm. Traditionally a kara served as a protective wrist guard during battle when fighting with swords. The kara also serves as a visible reminder of the bond between the Sikh and Guru.
Kes, Uncut Hair
Kes means hair and refers to the hair growing from the scalp. For the initiated Sikh kes includes all facial and body hair. Kes is to be kept completely intact. This means that a Sikh never cuts, removes, or alters any hair or the head face or body. Hair grows to a particular length depending on the genetic code of an individual. Sikhs honor this physical process as the intent of the creator. Many Sikhs testify that kes has a spiritual significance during meditation and worship.
Kirpan, Ceremonial Short Sword
A kirpan is a ceremonial short sword worn by an initiated Sikh. It represents the ideal of the Sikh warrior to defend the weak from tyranny, injustice, and forced conversion. Historically the kirpan would have been a weapon used in battle. The significance of the kirpan extends to a personal battle fought with ego and is a reminder to be vigilant against the rise of anger, attachment, greed, lust, and pride. A kirpan is touched to prashad, and to langar, before either are consumed, to bless and symbolically impart the strength steel of steel to worshipers.

DREAMS ARE TODAY'S ANSWERS TO TOMORROW'S QUESTIONS
Acquiring the ability to interpret your dreams is a powerful tool. In analyzing your dreams, you can learn about your deep secrets and hidden feelings. For Freud, dreams are even the key to theoretical understanding of subconscious. He explained also dreams of people, who did not suffer from mental illness, in psychoanalytic way and so he was changing his psychotherapy in theory in the very beginning.
Here are few symbols describing about ur state of subconscious mind...
ACCIDENT- To dream that you are in an accident, signifies pent-up guilt in which you are sub-consciously punishing yourself over. Perhaps you have done something that you are not proud of. To dream of a car accident, symbolizes your emotional state. You may be harboring deep anxieties and fears. Are you "driving" yourself too hard? This dream may tell you to slow down before you hit disaster. You need to rethink or re-plan your course of actions and set yourself on a better path.
To dream that a loved one dies in an accident indicates that something within your own Self is no longer functional and is "dead". It is also symbolic of your own relationship with that person. Perhaps you need to let go of this relationship.
ADDICT- To dream that you are an addict, indicates that you are no longer in control of a situation. You have surrendered your power and denied responsibility in your actions. The dream is also representative of fear, low self-esteem issues, and insecurities. To see a baby in your dream, signifies innocence, warmth and new beginnings.
BABY- Babies symbolize something in your own inner nature that is pure, vulnerable, helpless and/or uncorrupted. If you find a baby in your dream, then it suggests that you have acknowledged your hidden potential.
To dream of a crying baby, indicates that a part of yourself that is deprived of attention and needs some nurturing.
To dream about a starving baby, represents your dependence on others. You are experiencing some deficiency in your life that needs immediate attention and gratification.
To dream of an extremely small baby, symbolizes your helplessness and your fears of letting others become aware of your vulnerabilities and incompetence. To see a dead baby in your dream, symbolizes the ending of something that is part of you.
To dream that you are dipping a baby in and out of water, signifies regression. You are regressing to a time where you had no worries and responsibilities.
EARRINGS - To dream that you or someone is wearing earrings, suggests that you need to listen more carefully and pay attention.
To see broken earrings in your dreams, suggests that you are being talked about.
To dream that you are buying earrings, represents your desire for acceptance and affection.
ELEVATOR - To dream that you are ascending in an elevator, suggests that you will quickly rise to status and wealth. You may have risen to a higher level of consciousness and are looking at the world from an elevated viewpoint. Descending in an elevator, suggests that you are being grounded or coming back down to reality. It also signifies setbacks and misfortunes
SO THERE ARE NUMBER OF SYMBOLS DESCRIBING ABOUT UR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND...JUST NEED TO UNRAVEL THEMM..... >if u wanna know about interpretation of ur dream symbols u are alwayz welcome....

recevied this in an email:
Sharing an incident that happened with me a couple of days back. I was listening to Gur Iqbal Singhji's Kirtan and he narrated a very interesting experience.
He was asked by his son, S. AmanDeep Singh to call up a gentleman with whom they had a very serious mis-understanding and the issue had blown out of proportion. To resolve the situation Gur Iqbal Singhji's son requested him to personally call him and work out a solution. Gur Iqbal Singhji said, that he would call him in a short while.
Meanwhile, his son got restless and again requested him to please call up. Gur Iqbal Singhji again re-assured his son that he would do so soon.
After waiting for a while, his son got impatient and worried. "Why are you not calling him up - you know that things will really go out of hand, if we delay"
Gur Iqbal Singh ji requested him to bear with him for another 5 minutes and then finally made the call. The matter was resolved instantly as if the matter was not an issue at all.
Young S. AmanDeep Singh could not not believe that how could such a complicated matter get resolved so easily and also was very curious about why his father had delayed making this call.
GurIqbal Singhji explained that he too was very worried about this matter. "I too did not have the confidence to make the call. But I had complete faith in Akaal Purakh Waheguru and had done 5 recitations of the mool mantar before making the call".
"I knew that even before I make my call, my Waheguru's Call would reach there and my problem would be resolved by my Guru"
Simran, Ardaas, Benti, Jodhri done with purity and sincerity for the common good without ulterior motives always resolves fruitfully.

Pyare jio, a nice post forwarded to me by a local Gursikh.....
Several years ago, a gyanee from out-of-town accepted a call to a Gurdwara in canada
Some weeks after he arrived, he had an occasion to ride the bus from his home to the downtown area. When he sat down, he discovered that the driver had accidentally given him a quarter too much change. As he considered what to do, he thought to himself, "You'd better give the quarter back. It would be wrong to keep it." Then he thought, "Oh, forget it, it's only a quarter. Who would worry about this little amount?
Anyway, the bus company lets too much fare; they will never miss it.
Accept it as a gift from Vaheguru and keep quiet.
When his stop came, he paused momentarily at the door, then he handed the quarter to the driver and said, "Here, you gave me too much change."
The driver, with a smile, replied, "Aren't you the new Gyanee in town? I have been thinking a lot lately about going somewhere to worship. I just wanted to see what you would do if I gave you too much change. I ' ll see you at gurdwara on Sunday."
When the Gyanee stepped off of the bus, he literally grabbed the nearest light pole, held on, and said, "Oh Vaheguru, I almost sold your Son for a quarter." Our lives are the only Teachings some people will ever read. This is a really scary example of how much people watch us as Sikhs and will put us to the test! Always be on guard -- and remember -- You carry the name of Guru ji on your shoulders when you call yourself "sikh."
>>> Watch your thoughts; they become words.
>>> Watch your words; they become actions.
>>> Watch your actions; they become habits.
>>> Watch your habits; they become character.
>>> Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
>>> vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ke fateh
