Instead of buying protein bars from outside ( you never know what they have in it)

I would love to make them myself.

I am going to give it a go tonight and will post the recipe.

Okay I ended up making a protein bar that actually tastes so good


Recipe :

2 Scoops (70 gms) Now Pure Isolate (Dutch choc)
1 Scoop Musclepharm Combat protein
3 Spoon Peanut butter
1 Spoon Optimum BCAA
3 Spoon Honey
80 gms Nuts (churned)
Bit of salt and Water

Mix all the protein powders , BCAA and the Nuts in a bowl. Then Add peanut butter and make sure you mix it with the powder. Powder can become lumpy but the lump can be removed by further mixing finely .Similarly add the honey in the bowl and put some salt in it.

Once you have a fine mixture put about 20 ml water to it and the mixture will become like a dough and will start to set.
Put that into a tray and put in the fridge.

Cut into small slices and the bar is ready
