Ferndale resident Ginger McGuire, 36, said she was stuck inside the plane on the tarmac for four hours just after midnight Tuesday morning.

McGuire was flying from Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C., and arrived at Philadelphia International Airport before 12:30 a.m.

She fell asleep during the flight and said she was found by a cleaning crew who called federal officers for fear of security breach just before 4 a.m.
"I just woke up and I grabbed my phone and looked at my phone and thought 'oh my God' it's 3 o'clock in the morning and I got up and there's nobody on the plane," McGuire said.
McGuire said she was questioned by the officers for several hours before being released.
"Waking up to an empty airplane and not being able to get out was horrifying. I know that's a dramatic word, but it was a little much," McGuire said.
She is being represented by high-profile Michigan attorney Geoffrey Fieger.

Is it genuine to sue Airlines for this reason? What ur opinion frdz??

Along with airlines she should sue all the passengers also...  how they left her alone... this way she can make more money... :loll:

and airlines should sue her as she took their services for longer hours...without extra payment... :happy:
