A LOT of countries are in favour of alterations simply because US want to take the atomic bomb away from Pakistan because apparently there's political instability there (FACT!)- regardless of who does use it (they never will) Punjab both sides is destroyed.

No, a war isn't going to divide Punjab again, no you're not going to be killed. There are many Sikhs who happily are in the army and no they are not forced.
