these arent good yaar..
it causes acne as welll
i used to drink 2-3 bottles a day as i was working 56 hours straight about 2 years ago..
menu red bull and v drink chadde nu 1 year 3 months ho gaye ne

i dont drink energy drinks..but i use to drink powerade long time ago.
