ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 30 ਮਾਰਚ 2011-ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਸਿਖ ਦੀ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸਿਖ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫੇ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਵਰਣਨਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਫਸਰ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨੇ ਦਿਨ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਇਕ ਸਿਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਜਬਰੀ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸਿਖ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੀਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਇਹ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਬਾਦਲ) ਨਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਸਿਖ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਚਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਿਖ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਦਾ ਜਾਣ ਬੁਝਕੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ 28 ਮਾਰਚ 2011 ਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਰਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਕ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਧਰਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਕੱਠ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਠੀਆਂ ਵਰਾਈਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਕੁੱਟਿਆ। ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਈ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਿਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਬਰਨ ਦਸਤਾਰਾਂ ਉਤਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਚਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਡੀਓ ਤੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਸਾਫ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਸਿਖ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਇਕ ਸਿਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਜਬਰਨ ਉਤਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਦੂਜੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਪੀਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਸਿਖ ਦੀ ਜਬਰਨ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਉਤਾਰਨੀ ਸਿਖ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਘੋਰ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਘਿਣਾਉਣੀ ਹਰਕਤ ਦੀ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪੀਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਖਿਅਕ ਦਸਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਿਖ ਦਸਤਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਬਦਲੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਚੁੱਪੀ ਵੱਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸਿਖ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ 14 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2011 ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋਂ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਣ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਚਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਸਰਬ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਿਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਉਲੀਕੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਿਚ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਹੁਮਤੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਐਸ ਜੀ ਪੀ ਸੀ ਵੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।

Chandigarh, March 30 (IANS) The Punjab government Wednesday ordered the immediate suspension of two police officers for allegedly being involved in an incident in which the turban of a Sikh man was removed during a protest in Mohali town, 10 km from here.
Those suspended included a superintendent of police (SP) and a station house officer (SHO) in Mohali.
A magisterial inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
Taking a serious view of the incident, Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, who also holds the home portfolio, ordered an immediate magisterial inquiry into the incident, a state government spokesman said here.
The incident occurred at Mohali Monday where pharmacists from Punjab were holding a protest for their demands and the Punjab police initiated action to control the crowd.
During the protest, the two police officers were seen ordering that the turban of a Sikh protestor be removed.
'The home minister also issued a stern warning that the government take stern action against anyone found guilty of showing disrespect to the turban or any religious symbol of the Sikhs or any other community,' the spokesman added.
'There is absolutely zero tolerance for any such act of this nature committed by anyone, regardless of the position held by the guilty. No one will be spared in this regard,' he added

YOU donot know anything ok tht man was protesting for job k and police for now reason removed his turbun in public turbun is religious thing ok he can not touch it he can arrest the person but can not touch his turbun tht y tht police officer got suspended and very soon his family gonna burn so tht will be lesson for all world tht donot even dare to touch sikh turban
