that would be the logical thing, if people's actions actually accomplished that, other than the "just talk", world would be at least a little better...unfortunatley, that isn't the case is it?! I bet majority of the users would come in here and say something similar as you did, and yet... :

If you have money and you don't know how to spend look at the above guy.

if you wana do something good with the money
open a school / hospital for these poor people where they can get rid of the shackles of poverty and make their name

At times, it feels nice to be reminded that humanity still exists. However, I'm a realist, actions speak louder than words! It's easier to judge others, eh?!

In today's economy, it's hard as it is to make ends meet, but to go out of your way to help another is very rare. We look for our own comforts/dreams first, however small or big they maybe, whether it is owning a small house or having 20 cars, then we turn our eye to the less fortunate.

It's easy to feel sorry for someone, but to help that same person is another matter. Nontheless, exceptions do exist! It would be nice to know that someone has acutally done something to help another.
