10 million homeless due to flooding in India

10 million homeless (and 200 dead) so quickly!

The crazy thing is government had said a about a week ago that it was the worst drought in 40 years and then this happened.

Officials say billions of dollars are needed for relief and reconstruction.

Just recent news from BBC.
