Pawan ton phela 2-4 hor user ne jehre gabru hone chaide ne - example eccentric, mamu etc. - bhut time rehde ne oh we online.. nalle purane user ne.... 


- Har gal teh desperate na hoya karoo. Team je soch wichar ke chaliya karo - as a team

Bai ji gal thodai sahi wi ah te galat wi. I don't think staff positions should be based on how long a user has been here or how many posts a user makes. It should be based on the qualities of the user. Of course the user should be active and been on the forums long enough to be trusted to be a staff member. Being active does not mean the user has to post in every single topic.

Now let's talk about Gabru position. First I'm very thankful for the promotion. I think gabru position should be given to all of the old users and users that can be trusted. Nale is Gabru really a staff position? It' a position that should be used to say thank you from staff for all the help. I thought staff positions were Moderator, Global Mod, Sub Admin and Admin?

Now If anyone still thinks I don't deserve this position. We can have Sarpanch bai remove it. Then we can make a poll and let the Janta decide :smile:

Every user is equally valued with equal qualities. I don't thing PJ staff is NOT smart enough to evaluate anyone's qualities - And they shouldn't evaluate it any sense, and under any circumstances.  Moreover, Pj is for sharing opinion (personal opinion, which could be considered a stupid opinion by other user), but definitely not qualities.


- No one is asking for your demotion Hommie. I sometime admire your 'opinions' too.  I made a statement for the Staff and corresponding to that Eccentric is promoted - I don't hold anything against you. So congrats on the promotion. :)

They are smart enough to look for everything. By qualities I meant look for quality posts, the user is helpful and kind. Just don't base it on number of posts or time user has been on PJ. You are right, we are here to share our opinions and discuss. I love your opinions too :smile:
