Lets have debate over vegetarian and non vegetarian diet.


There is absolutely no question that the average person does best health-wise by consuming a mixed diet that is as fresh, and hopefully as unprocessed as possible.
But some of us r vegetarain and some r non vegetarian but we have some reasons why we prefer particular food or why not??
in this post, My vote is for Vegetarian Food and I have reasons for this preference. First of all , its religious factors and second is due to environmental factors not whole family but my mother is vegetarian so this cud be becoz of mom's influence over my personality.and lastly, non vegetarain food is anti planet and anti animal rights.

Here,you are messing with laws of nature. All you have to understand is we Humans need both animal and veg food to survive. That's it. Otherwise,you will be messing with the laws of nature and with your system's default settings made by nature which could get you in a big trouble. Which may cause a slow death too.

You just mentioned the least harmful effects of animal food but you fail to understand the benefits and essential vitamins and minerals and such we get from Animal food only.

Raw food is a nightmare. Humans aren't vegetarians by nature. Please do an intense research and study with an unbiased and critical mind on unbiased resources before advocating something that is against the nature and which kills the lives of people. Which in long run is the core reason for many deficiencies. There are plenty of and plenty of health benefits of animal food which are too much to be listed over here.
P.S : I'm both veg and non veg, because I know I'm a Human being which is an omnivore by nature as nature intended it to be. :tongue:

And lastly, I don't know whether if non veg diet cause heart diseases or whatever it could be a myth too. If you are consuming too much certain food and not doing anything additionally to digest it properly then obviously you are gonna have such diseases.
I know one thing, if you have an imbalanced unhealthy diet then neither a vegan diet nor can a veg diet can keep you healthy.

It's not like, "hey I eat this healthy raddish or hey I eat this healthy chicken and So I won't have a heart disease". Lol
A balanced diet of both Veg and Non veg food is a key to healthy body.
