KudratGarewal ji

That is a very comprehensive list of circumstances that could cause high levels of stress. I would imagine that many people suffer from more than one or two of those situations at the same time.

It is indeed a sad indictment on the lifestyles we live.

Hanii London Punjabiji.. We all come across these situations in our life and sometimes more than two or three at a time..Even Positive changes in life causes stress..

But the problem is People usually get along with this stress at initial stage and dont take any step for its management.and its prognosis is alwayz bad..Even We can see in our families too..Mental health is never given priority..I can see US environment is  different here people r litlle more aware but i wont say fully aware abt it..
Though in India, closely knitted family system help to manage any kind of stress but it not that much helpful now..becoz of more trend of nuclear family system.. Therefore, there r  lots of cases when undiagnosed stress condition get progressed to Depression...

People need to aware about this aspect of life too..Stress scoring help u know that whatt kind of stress management techniques u need..Not only for us but with this information we can help people around us too..
