Actually ,Heart burn has nothing to do with heart but as symptons are actually related to chest thats why its called heart burn.in both conditions, patient feel burning,crushing chest pain but in heart attack its more squeezing type like as elephant is sitting on chest. and its radiating too..so this pain can be distinguished on basis of few differences only....I will  try to put separate post over this.. :happy:
