Mai bhago ji was the brave sikh lady who persuaded the 40 sikhs to return to Guru Gobind Singh ji..When Guruji were fighting against mugals..and were surrounded by them in Anandpur Sahib.. at that time mugals..made an announcement that whosoever is not guruji's sikh will be left untouched....And then the 40 sikhs went to guruji and said they are not his sikhs anymore...then Guruji told them to write Bedava.. and alll of them sighned bedava and left guruji.. when Mai Bhago ji came to know abot this.. she persuaded them ..and hearing her taunts sikhs were ashamed and then they went back to Guruji.. and fought battle of chamkaur sahib..where they attained martyrdom and then they were named as '40 Mukte'

ji ehsda matlab hunda ha:
Jo arhey so jharhey matlab ki jehra akar karda ha auh jharda ha..matlab ki dukha te kalesha vich peh jaahnda ha
jo sharn bharey so tarey and this means ki jo rabb di sharan vich howe auh taarda ha

Nice question Sweetie..Yeah ih bilkul sahi aa Heartburn da heart naal koyee lena dena nai..ih ta GERD da main symptom hai..but I guess becoz in Angina, Heart Attack, HEart burn...Pain ususally occurs in chest so difficult to distinguish
