The correct ans is 10 :pagel:

Boost pressure: I am not sure what ans you looking for, That like the whole thermodynamics in One question. ... But still I gonna take a shot at it, Hopefully will ans your question

Engine efficiency is the directly related to the compression (pressure) ratio, where compression ratio is the ratio of echaust pressure to the inlet pressure.. For a gas engines of a car usually the compression ratio is around 7:1 and for the desiel engine this ratio is around 15:1

When we use a turbo boast on the engine all it does is it increase the air intake for the compression process hence varing the compression ration and also providing a greater amount of air (oxgyen) avaiable for ignition (hence causing more gas to burn :pagel:)

Boostpressure in simple language is like
Jad koi vi turbo charged ya supercharged gaddi apa lende aa as example.
Normal car takes the air in its intake manifold at the atmospheric pressure and than fuel gets mixed and goes to the pistons and engine works.
In Terms of sports cars, Engines are either turbocharged or supercharged. When we talk about these two, the main aim of the both is to Compress the air to certain ratios and then send it to the engines Intake manifold causing higher pressure in the intake manifold which creats a boost later on. This pressure inside the intake is called Boost pressure ( as it has a potential boost for the engine)

hanji i know how it works okay let me explain that

As discussed above in my earlier question about the Boostpressure.

A turbocharged engine when compresses the air and sends it to the intake manifold of the car, the blow off valve is there.
When a driver lifts off the foot from throttle, the Turbo vents get closed and the compressor get the air pressure back from intake to slow it down. At that point the air pressure that is build inside the intake needs to go out, this is done by a blow off valve making a hissing sound

In my chaser when i change the gear it makes a noise : Woooosss.. ( hissing sound) this is due to blow off valve
