most of the people of are of the view that mezbaan is the right word.


Let me share.. i found this on internet and want to confirm if that is right or not... the word i came across is "Prahnchaar پراہنچار". Now the thing is... how to confirm if that is correct or not...

Prauhnachaar is correct. But mezbaan is more common. Mezbaan is commonly used in punjabi newspapers to mean host. Many punjabi words have Urdu roots. The word Punjab itself has Persian roots.
