Sleep Hygiene - most important, however no one ever follows the rules.

Worst sleep disorders to have in my mind is Insomnia and Shift Work Disorder - they'll drive you insane

Well I usually run off of two naps a day, I'd much rather have the full eight hours though. Best case 8hr plus a nap.

Regardless, if they aren't consolidated, you most likley suffer from the aftermath, on the other hand, our bodies are very smart...they can sometimes withstand the most horrid conditions. Ok, now I'm blabbing... :loll:

I should read this and give some feedback.

The other day, I interviewed the most interesting narcoleptic patient. Classic textbook diagnosis, she had the whole package including hallucinations and cataplexy - it was awesome (well for me, not for the patient) :loll:

what did you do? :hehe:

the best thing to do when you're unable to sleep is to not try so hard to fall asleep, instead get up and take a walk, read, etc...

Reading and computer both work for me. Because they strain the eyes the fastest and I feel sleepy again.

I did a lot of things, listened to music, i even went out for a bit o' fresh air, got the insecticide and sprayed the ants, it was that odd. I had about 2 hours sleep that whole night.

vase tah its not good to work on computer before sleeping.. becoz studies shows that bright light of a computer screen may alter the body's biological clock and suppress the natural production of melatonin that's critical to the normal sleep-wake cycle... will write in detail later..
