and jass ethe gal USA di chaldi aa canada di nai... Canada jana hunda te aj nu kado di chal jandi o... par kuri othe rehna chondi jithe osde sare aa..canada koi nai haiga te kuri nu assi dakke khaan nu bhejna canada... and rehi gal 50 lakh di soch badlo apni aj vi eho je lok dunia te rehnde mainu nai si pata main sochia si ke shyed loka di soch badli jandi aa..par nai canada je 50 lakh lake aouna odde nalo te india hee change..2-4 kille lao kuri te othe araam naal roti khao viah karwa ke...

Muskaan Raje, Mein kafi detail vich study kittian ne US Immigration Laws.. So In your case, YEs, She can apply for her sister.. But it will take atleast 10 years for immigration.

But there are some Loopholes too.. Like if you apply for California, it will take maximum time but for Vermont its less..
So apply kakran toh pehla changi tara consultation ley lawo..Mein ik website dassdi aa , ithe register ho jawo teh ask them your question they will give you very reliable advice.
