Increase percent of calories in ur meal
Eat fat full foods ( not the fast food)
Sm Gud kind of fats
Increase protein like chicken kha leya eggs
Fruit kha foh snaks between ur meals
Avoid energy drinks
Oda eh question nutrition section vich puch sakde c

Nd nd medically hve ur blood tested foh metabolism
Whether it's high or not
J Teri height jyada yaa start sm weight lifting foh Gud body
Exercise kar to fit ur body
