My friend driving home one day after Gym and she sees a camera flash.
sHe quickly checks his speed and she is doing just under the speed limit.
Wondering what's up, she circles the block and goes through the same intersection again, only slower.
The camera flashes again so thinking it's pretty funny, she circles the block again and and again, going slower and slower through that same intersection each time.
 A week later she got eight tickets in the mail for not wearing his seatbelt
