Dont ever take tension be happy ..give happiness ..always touch ur mom dad feet when u wake up early morning and do some simran too if possible, eat healthy, less coffee and tea. there are so many things ..but je tusi enna hie karlo te bahut hai.

for tonned arms.. daily de 20-30 push ups kar leya karo KP.. or just 20-30 rotations of arms in clockwise and anticlockwise ... this really helps , i guess... Well, I have just started.. :pagel:

Working out is so boring, I can't do a pushup if my life depended on it. I lift my 5 lbs dumb bells lol.
