very very important tips abt ur health

* Do not take pills cold  with water .
* Do not have huge meals after 5pm.
* Reduce the amount of oily food you consume.
* Drink more water in the morning, less at night.
* Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
* Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning nd atleast sleep for 6 to 8 hrs every nite
* Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
* When battery is down to the last grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

* Do not use microwave to warm up ur food .
* Do not hang ur phn around ur waist area because evn phn s off still giving u lots of radiations

very good points. ..But  after 5 pm wala kam only applies to jinna ne saunaa sheti. aj kal people work around the clock.

radiation wali gal bhot sahi boli. microwave also.

best sleepign mere hisaab naal can be any time as long thonu good sleep mil rahi.  very good topic Amli Heer. Sanu pata nahi see kuri da dimaag ehna chalda lol

depends on what type of "oily" food we are discussing here...some of the fats are actually required by your body. You have to monitor which types of fats you are consuming and just need to be smart about it.
 
Not all fats are bad for you. Some of the fats are essential for the body - help regulate curculatory body functions ( I don't want to get into the physiology, you won't get it unless you have a medical background)
 
Ex: Saturated, unsaturated,  trans fats, etc...
 
Saturated fats - usually come from animal sources, and tend to raise the "bad" fats (cholesterol) in your body
 
Trans Fats - usually are industrial (found in processed food) they further raise the bad fats in your body as well
 
Some of the good fats - Unsaturated Fats: mono/polyunsaturated. These many functions, to name a few, help reduce inflamamtion, thereby, regulation blood pressure etc... They basically raise the "good" fat in the body.
 
 - can be found in olive oil, safflower oil, peanut oil and corn oil.

Ya bilkul! elimination of undigested food begins after 24 hrs.. complete elimination frm d body may tk several days :)

Baki Noxi di, even I don't know what she exactly meant abt cold water.. bt i think maybe she was talking abt freezed water or icey water bcz normal pot water te pee sakhde a.

Menu just ehna pata ki if it is possible, we should take cold water with medicine, because jina thanda pani hunda, uhni cheti stomach khali hunda .. like je water 4-6 °C  vich howe ta sanu ca. 16 min lagde ne
and cold pani nal apan araam nal goli swallow kr leydi, garam pani nal ta muh ch hi addi khurr jahndi aa jiddan ki  gelomyrtol.
Baki i think garam ya thand pani nal jada farak nahi pehnda, jada jaruri aa ki duwai nu jada pani nal lita jawe, na ki jst ek ghut pani nal.

Baki koi galat info diti, ta correct kr deo :)

menu aha dasso why do i get hungry? after eating roti 4 hrs. yaar 6-8 hrs binaa kuch khade.. tidh vich chuheyy tappan lagjandeyyy.  Menu tusi doctorniya kuriyo koyi references post karo.  otherwise im goin to call this a myth.

Gurseerat ji jo pill asi lainde haan oh stomach de digestive juices and acids disolve karde ne. jad asi pill nu fridge de cold water or hot water naal lainde haan ta eh jaldi disslove ni hon dinde pill nu so eh slow kar dinde digestion pill di  if stomach ch hor vi food hai ja appa pill nu milk naal layiye ta eh vi slow kar dinda digestion.So jzt normal tap water is good to take medicine. This is jzt what i think about this i m also not sure.

i know about food taveling through ur intestine .. what im concerned about is gettin hungry or consumption rate. You only eat when u get hungry.. u dont wait for the 6-8 hrs.  If u do that then after 8 hrs u would be completely empty and ur body wil have nothin to dijest.. then wont it go into catabolic state? ie it will start eating itself to compensate for the calories burnt.

Lokan nu dasso in lehman terms, bhukh baarey. 6-8 hrs is completely diff thing.  Naaley kamlo, link post kar direct so banda can learn this stuff.

As far as the sources, most of what I posted earlier is hard wired in my head from my science classes. Nontheless, as far as the above goes, open any Biology book - it's noted there. Not rocket science, it's 5th grade biology.
