One way for tackling the initial problem of having the competition pictures not get lost in the off topic stuff is my make the announcement about the post
n then reply with a dummy post - Saying Space saved for Orignal entries

Teh badh wich jevve koi entry denda.. Dojji post edit karee geyye

No everything will remain the same... the user will reply with there entry...

n you will copy tat entry into the Dummy post or the place you saved for the competition entries tat all...
