hi friends i wanna discuss one issue its happend many times in the chat room i

mean responsible persons means staff of PJ they

did misbehave ..... if any user doing this kind of stuff its all right but if any

staff member doing its unbelievable.. so my suggestion is when promoting any

staff member, admin need an exam for the position. i seen admin just consider the

posts who did huge quantity posts admin consider that person for a position.we

seen couple of times staff members used abuse language . couple of times mods ban

to users without any reason.i want to see nice and clean PJ site.

so my suggestion is admin need to trained new staff members..

Positions like chat mod, global moderator don't just look at posts. We look at the person.

Veerji, we have a complaint section. If you find any staff member misbehaving, we will demote them after 1 warning. Please provide copy/paste proof for all your complaints.

can you please provide us with the formal complaint with relevant information/proof that we can use to see whether the Staff member did mis behave?

What misbehaved? Look at grenade and codename, they're so professional even with this topic. :laugh: :laugh: Nah um we don't to want to keep site too clean, it's good to have freedom now and then, trust me you don't want to push members to the edge leaving them with no other option but to leave because the staff are too strict and everything has to be perfect. It's only a forum, cheer up.

Make a qualification exam. If someone pass. They PJ panel will conduct an interview. :hehe:

Lol mod Bana is not so easy Jad appne hi frnds nu ban krna penda. Dts hard . Upper chi lokhan de tanne vi Tusi Badal ge. Mod banke Hawa krde oh Flana timka. Lolzz Hmm Chalo best of luck to all da new mods. Have fun n pyar Nal smjao Sab nu agar Fer vini Mande ta Chak dooo :cooll: :excited:

Hmm n I agree wid raj ji. U should def have a training session. Like take da mod to pj adalat room n go ovr all da commands n Hw to use em. Bcos they say just do /? N it'll tell u all u need. But jere new hunde . Thy get cnfsd. Lol I remember sum mods dat wntd to ban sumone but accidentally sent em to another room Cus thy forgot to change da option on da bottom to ban da person from da chat not room . Lolz so u see little stuff like dt can be prevented if u take da person n one extra volunteer Jithe practice Kr skde oh. Cus u cnt ban admins so u gotta find a normal user as a volunteer. Hahaha Dts nt hard ...I'm sure sumone would agree... Ban hon da chaska ah Sab nu Hahahaha
