[NOTED] Health Fitness section need more subsections!!!

bhot khilara peh rehaa.. 3 new sections are needed

Enlightenment  -  ethe anything that promotes healthy lifestyle, motivational what drives u, quotes wagera, knowledgeable articls wagera.

Exercises -  would have exercise routines.. gym routines wageraa, Yoga, zumba bumba tumbaa

Nutrition - diet food, supplements connected to staying fit.. (no junk food)



pal ghuman, deep gil, kamli and codename 47 bai can chime in on this more.  since these are the other active users in those forums.. so jehra marji comment kar sakda.

Sareyan de ideas are welcomed.

I suggest you 2 sections are enough I guess

it needs to be divided into atleast 2 sections.. nutrition and exercise.  Too much khilara ho reha.

Nothing needs subsections. All we need is a section for health, for fitness and sport. Don't make things any more complicated than that
