You should remove the white borders around the icons, they don't look good. And make some text more clearly visible, like "Mutiyaar" and "Admin".

highligted or bold the word in center like admin , gabru etc. those font type r skiny.
and
the punjabijanata animation is fade hardly we can see.

and

the size of butons r smaal too make it lil bit bigger, it would be look good.

but i like the inside designs.
