Probably First one is better.. acctually pretty abovious.. Better Video memory and clock speed..
So tats fairly tells why the first one is more expensive..
Bakki depend on wat you gonna use these cards for..

so far i have NVIDIA 6600GT do u think i can upgrade it? cuz my computer only takes PCI not PCI EXPRESS.?

belmont veere ya thats like 4  years old now
u better upgrade a motherboard and than put a new graphics card ( change processor if thats sigle core)
I asked my friend to go buy 9800 GT for me cuz i goto gym after work and he doesnt haha
