Chat room related Problem

my chat room cant be open if i m trying to open it then i am logout this site this problem may occured last week now continue...
it can show one message  :plz:Sorry, guests aren't allowed to use the chat! :plz:

and if m trying to complaint admin then it show the message u r not authorised to know about team......
this is the major problem with me to logout why? kindly help me otherwise i will leave this site forever.....

There doesn't seem to be a problem with chat. You are the only user having issues (that I know of). It must have something to do with your browser or your java settings. Next time you are on and I'm here, msg me and we will sort it out.

Also might relate to how you go to Chat. Its identified you as a Guest.. So may be you not logged in Properly
