Jehre mods haige, sabh kol some spcl powers hai, sabh kol wakh wakh kam lai powers hagiya and these mods and edit/del and post or topic, which is common for all of them.
jehre sub-admins haige oho mods ton uper unha kol hor ve power hundiya, like they can control the homw page and stuff they have power to ban any gadbadi da mahul wale member nu.(gol mod can do that)

Pj Pariya and PJ Gabro are VIP .. Which means they have full control over their own post which a Normal user dont have.

Being a PJ Gabro or Pari.. if you make a new topic.. U can edit in that topic.. U can delete the a response from that topic.. You can lock ur own topic. You can even delete a response from the Admin(which is ofcourse at a higher rank) if you dont like that response .. Which means a total control in managing ur own topic.. Making our PJ Gabru or Pari responsible towards their own topics

So long story short..u have a chance to have a power of a Mod but onli on the topics you made...  which a normal user dont have and Hence Called a VIP
