Well if you in North America/Europe you probably would have come across lot of ppl who were at good post back home and end up with a Job that dont meet there degree or experience from India.

Well Before I start my Blah Blah.. I would like to hear from you? .. Just a heads up I am in favor of 70-30 toward the crediting process

Any inputs on - Is it right or is it rong or you dont care .. and may be a reason with your thought

Well this system is very different. Same in australia,if you have a experience in something and youve done masters in that too they would never appoint you and will decline in the interview process saying your over qualified for this job type.
In some cases,people do have relevant experience but they never get benefits because its our own fault. People from India are dodgy thats why they don't think thats a valid experience.
