well in the cases that you have stated its either their own faults.
Why would u keep a cup of coffee in between ur laps (than blame mcdonalds)
And other cases referes stupid thinking
i think the differences are in many ways. The way they are brought up.they havnt got good teachings from their parents. And also people just love to blame others they just need a chance.
Why would u blame goverment if u get aids because you being cheap and using same used needles?
Goverments needs to provide new needles n heroine?
Some people i tell ya..just out of this world
