It's not a feature that you can just enable. Only staff members can delete posts, but it is just so time consuming. Why would you want to remove all of your posts? It's not like someone is going to dig up your posts?

Its a Two Way street.

But if you ask me - I would counter question it - By saying who is more important: User or Posts.

I think from this topic - Lot of people assume that PJ is running on POST. Well I am afraid that you are very wrong. My defination of PJ is - Its a social network, where user come and talk to their friends - And while talking they make Post. So user is very important.  As far as Post goes, none of the post after Page 1 of any sub forum is ever read - after a week its made, so it doesn't really matter if you have 10 post or 10 million post.

What is the importance of older Post? - All its is doing is Helping Google to attract more "NEW" users. - But what about the current users - They are not important?

Now about people asking for their post be deleted?
If a user is thinking of leaving & asking for deleting his topics, it is mostly cause of Admin or PJ Staff decision. If he gets busy in life he would never ask for deleting his post. So first reason is their own disrespect, Jithe ijjat he na hove.. oh jagga da banda fayada kyun karo? - Human nature.
Second, Now if a user is leaving (which is very big decision) - which means he will be leaving his friends, his hang out buddy, people with whom he spend time in chat... etc etc - Why would he care to leave behind his post - To attract new users. Do you think PJ content is important to him anymore. I doubt so!!

User used PJ Servers - Google also have servers - But do google expect anything back from you in return? So same goes with PJ - It servers shouldn't be an excuse.

So I think user has right to ask for his/her post to be deleted - if he thinks that their is a misconduct from PJ staff (PJ website) - and as a human (mostly are selfish) he do hold the rights.

Overall, I think if you stop caring about your current users and focus on NEW users - You digging a hole for yourself - Law of any management or community.
