Breathe-----------Deeply - i workout daily, so that completes this purpose
Sleep----------Sufficiently - hahaha, i try, rarely do i get a full night's slepp
Dress-----------------Smartly - ehda ki matlab aa, dress to impress, eh :happy:
Act------------------Fearlessly - ehe gall te kayi vaar juttiya bariya pendia, but what the hell...
