I tend to work better under stress...however, at times when way too stressed out.. music helps and if not try writing down thoughts and reading and talking to someone trustwothy helps ALOT! :pagel:

Travel. Going somewhere for 3days and just zoning out is usually enough. Rules: no outside contact unless emergency, take a book and just veg-out.

when you comes back you able to tolerate things again for a few months. usually.

:loll: I get more stressed out when i talk about things but the reverse doesn;t work either...sucks
