There's no official ranking. I consider the following 3 to be top-notch at the moment.  They're very hard to get into for most teams.

Vancouver's VIBC (Vancouver International Bhangra Celebration), which is considered very elite. They have tons of events happening the same week.  This is scheduled for Feb 2009.
Long Beach, California's Bruin Bhangra (May) is very big.
Boston's BBC (Boston Bhangra Competition), which is gaining popularity by each year.  This one just happened in November 2008.

Thanks man... i just want to check out a live event... Toronto is alright for this kind of stuff, just wanted to know were the next level is. :p
