It's a play on words. Jadon fishing karde ah, fishing rod nu fishing line laggi hundi..jidda ki ek patli plastic di taar jahi.

Je koyee kave, there's a fine line between something, it means kisse cheez wich koyee khaas farak nahi.

Te ess line da matlab hai: samunder de kinare kharan te fishing karan wich bas ek patli line da farak ah.
