"Be Good To Yourself"

Now She pulls down her sleeves
to hide her hurt.
To hide that once she was broken
and bruised from the rest of the
world who wont understand her ever.
All this time she learned nothing
changes, no one cares.
The scars remain..making her
drown again and again into the
into the dark deep hole and now
she says ; BE GOOD TO YOURSELF
no matter what.
