two requests to u..

1. plz jado v kise nu ban karde ho jada jaladbazi na karea karo.. samjhaea karo pehla.. sirf warning nai..

warning nal user hor bharkde ney. cool reh k samjhaea karo... pm ch gall kar lea karo..
dost ban k samjhao gey ta o samjhu gey v..duje view nal kam se kam faltoo bawad to ta bach he sakde han.. jinna ho sake ena bawada to door raho..
ban ch quality leke aao quantity nai yakeen mano asi quality he choinde han...
kick vala option use kar sakde ho ja fer oss user nu aap duje room ch jan lai keh sakde ho..
lor hai bass situation nu sahi judge karan di.. har bar halat alag hunde ney.. kade kade quick ban v jaroori hunda..par ode lai solid reason jaroori hai...  

2. jado chat nu post karde ho topic ch main gall nu highlight kar dea karo.. color change karke ja fer bold karke.. sari chat post karni jithe jaroori howe bass othe he karea karo... ban karke tuadi job khatam nai hundi sahi tarike nal onu pesh v karo..

Agreed with above two requests by Dev veer
Quality is what we need. Make sure you keep the BAN option as your last option. and Try to solve the issue with friendship and love. Banning doesn't resolve the issue as the member is going to come again with new login and then you might end up having abusive language and believe me you don't want that.
