Demotions of old inactive PJ Staff members

Explanation of Problem
If you noticed recently, Velly Jatt (a global mod) had come back after a long time just to ban some guys in a fight when tarn was banned (I determined this after a PJ Chat Mod reported this problem and checking logs). Now, I don't think I've seen velly jatt on the forum/chat in a long long time. His last posts show how far back he used to be active on PJ.

Solution
Now I'm thinking we should demote users that do not come to PJ and do not want to continue their responsibilities. So we can make space for new global mods and give other people a chance. It looks bad that on our staff list, we have global mods who do not come here regularly (or only show up once in a while).  Last time we did this kind of a demotion in PJ, people were shocked. I think this time I want to do it a little different; I want to give a chance to these global mods and PJ Vip members a chance to continue to their moderatorship/vip-status in PJ, or simply tell us that they do not want to continue, or just not reply (LOL).

People I'm considering demoting are:
Global Mods:
- nikki_heer
- Velly Jatt

PJ Gabru's who may lose their status: Bhoond Bharhkhile da papa (bad username), ßĹÚŦŦℳÁŚŤΞℛஇ, jatt crazy, Irristable punjabi, desi ahata

PJ Pari's who may lose their status: American Angel, Punjaban Kurhi, Punjaban Jatti

agar one week de time nal reply nai onda ta demotions kar dena...

i am also very agreee wid gs bhaa ji and dev veeer jst send them mailss and wait abt aa week if oh aapaa nu koi responce nai dende then demote them and eh rule hi ae agar aapaa deactiv users nu team members banaavaange then ethe situation kon control karugaa ehde ch rolaa paunaa ek badi hi galat gall hau i think hun te sabb agree honge pehliaa gallaa pehla naal si  :hug:

I've written private messages to both Global Mods mentioned in the first post. And I've sent an announcement to all PJ Gabru/PJ Pariya.

- nikki_heer (global mod) asked to be demoted, because she agreed she doesn't do enough to be one.
- Velly Jatt (global mod) stated that he did not have enough time to come to PJ for so long, so he was demoted.
- All the PJ Gabru and Pariya (except Punjaban Jatti) have not come back to PJ, so they all have been demoted. We will give Punjaban Jatti more time.

All in all, now we have some more space for mods and vips.
